I absolutely would recommend Sofa’s etc. to anyone. My clients love their beautiful products, fantastic customer service, and warm welcome. Michelle G. is so knowledgeable, a great problem-solver, and her sense of humor is such an added bonus. Grateful for her, and of course Jeremy, and his wonderful store!

I made my second precedent sofa purchase today in Parkville. MD. I couldn't be any happier. Customer service, from making an appointment by phone to finalizing the purchase, was above expectation. Debby was, as were all the store personnel, were above expectation in their performance. I am more than pleased as I knew I would be. So in-store shopping for my second sofa in Maryland. The first sofa now resides in northern New Jersey with my twin toddler grandchildren and, after 3 years there, is holding up extremely well. I know this sofa will be no different. Today's purchase was a cakewalk... Thanks for being there!

I found the staff, particularly Michelle, very helpful and knowledgeable. Due to the unusual shape and small size of my room, it was difficult to find a new sofa and coffee table. She helped me find a beautiful sectional that fit perfectly in the room and pre-measured the area to set my mind at ease while I waited for delivery. If it didn’t fit, they guaranteed that they would take it back and return my down payment in full.
